Is there a free tier?

There’s no public free tier. Contact sales if you need to evaluate a plan before subscribing.

How do I get access?

Sign in to the Console with your email and request a plan. Pay after approval, then generate your API key. For Enterprise or custom terms, contact sales or Telegram.

What payment methods do you accept?

Pay by card through Stripe in USD or HKD. If Stripe offers local currency, choose the original billing currency on the payment page to avoid conversion. Contact sales to arrange bank transfer.

What's your refund policy?

All payments are final. See the Refund Policy for the full terms.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, from Overview in the Console. Upgrades need approval; you review the prorated charge before paying. Downgrades take effect after confirmation, with no credit for unused time. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period.

When does Yellowstone gRPC ship?

Yellowstone gRPC is in development. We haven’t announced a launch date. Early access is planned for Professional and Enterprise customers.

Which regions should I use?

Whichever is closest to your infrastructure. See Regions & endpoints for the full list. You can run against more than one region for redundancy.
